You may notice a short interruption to your usual service of up to 3 hours between 6:30am and 9:30am on Tuesday 17th March. Affected customers have been notified of this planned maintenance by email. Service will restart automatically when work is complete.

UPCOMING  – CityFibre Network Maintenance in Reading on Tuesday 17th March and Wednesday 18th March

You may notice a short interruption to your usual service between 10pm and 8am on Tuesday 17th March and Wednesday 18th March for up to 5 hours. Affected customers have been notified of planned maintenance. Service will restart automatically when work is complete. If you’re unable to connect, try restarting your router and wall mounted fibre box, by powering off and on again.

how will I know if you’re doing work in my area?

For significant planned service interruptions, we will always let the account holder know by email in advance. Keep your contact details up to date in my account to make sure you’re the first to know.

If you’re experiencing an issue with your service and you haven’t been told by email about a service interruption, then it may be to do with something else.

Our app will help you measure wi-fi coverage and speeds in your home, and quickly detect if there is an issue. Just search ‘toob support’ in the apple or android stores and follow the on-screen instructions.
