UPCOMING  – CityFibre Network Maintenance in Great Yarmouth on Wednesday 23rd July

You may notice a short interruption to your usual service between midnight and 6am on Wednesday 23rd July for up to 20 minutes. Your service will restart automatically when work is complete. If you’re unable to connect, try restarting your router and wall mounted fibre box, by powering off and on again.


UPCOMING  – CityFibre Network Maintenance in Milton Keynes on 24th-25th July

You may notice a short interruption to your usual service between 10pm on Thursday 24th July and 8am on Friday 25th July for up to 1 hour. Your service will restart automatically when work is complete. If you’re unable to connect, try restarting your router and wall mounted fibre box, by powering off and on again.

Our app will help you measure wi-fi coverage and speeds in your home, and quickly detect if there is an issue. Just search ‘toob support’ in the apple or android stores and follow the on-screen instructions.
